Saxophone/Flute

sax.jpgDonna Pavelski has taught for twenty-five years in the Rockwood School District as an instrumental music teacher. Her last fourteen years have been at Rockwood Valley Middle School. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri, St. Louis, having earned an undergraduate degree in music education and a Masters degree in elementary education. flute.jpgDonna was the founder and director of the Midwest Auxiliary Camps and Clinics. This camp and clinic served the state of Missouri for over 21 years, hosted by Maryville University. Donna has also served as an adjudicator and clinincian for festivals and camps throughout the state. She served as guard instructor for the V.P. Honors Band and the Lions Band of Missouri. Honors and awards include: Outstanding Young Educators, Union Chamber of Commerce, Who's Who among College and University students, and Rockwood Valley Middle School Teacher of the Year. Professional memberships include: MENC, MMEA, Missouri Bandmasters Association, Phi Beta Mu, and NEA.
