Dr. Lorenzo Trujillo holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Louisville, a Master of Fine Arts from the California Institute of the Arts, and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of California-Los Angeles. His performances have taken him to over 400 cities throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. His trumpet can be heard on television commercials for ESPN and on albums from classical music to jazz, pop, and salsa.  Among the world famous artists with whom Lorenzo has appeared with are: Frankie Valli, Travis Tritt, Michael MacDonald, Kid Rock, Slash (Guns & Roses), Linda Ronstadt, Harry Connick, Gregory Hines, Taylor Dayne, Mary Wilson, Phil Woods, Curtis Fuller, Jimmy Heath, James Moody, Pat La Barbera, John La Barbera, Joe La Barbera, Jim Widner, Bill Watros, Kenny Burrell, Gerald Wilson, Lew Soloff, Poncho Sanchez, Papa Rodriguez, Sheila E, Charlie Haden, Delfeyo Marsalis, Bob Mintzer, Robin Eubanks, John Fedchock, Brad Leali, Nelson Rangell, Don Braden, Dick Lowenthal, Kenny Werner, Ron Miles, Marcus Printup, Allen Vizzutti, and Jens Lindemann.
